Slowly, it is beginning to dawn on me that I can shed my past of sadness, overcome my feelings of self-condemnation, and conquer my melancholy spirit! I am starting to truly believe, with moments of mind blowing, incredulity, that I can have the most joyous, and wonderful, and beautiful life here on earth! I have all that power inside of me, with the gracious and loving help of God—I can do anything!
